March 2025 Community Newsletter
Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Quartet. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please encourage neighbors to sign up for the newsletters as well, so they can stay updated. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building this beautiful community.
2025 Irrigation Season
The Nampa-Meridian Irrigation District will begin releasing water into canals the week of April 2nd. Water delivery to residents is anticipated for the week of April 15th. Email notifications will be sent out when water is available.
Spring Lawn Tip
Spring is the optimal time to apply a pre-emergent herbicide to your lawn. This proactive measure prevents weeds from germinating for a weed-free lawn and ensures a healthier, more vibrant turf throughout the growing season.
Updated Facility Rules Form
Summer is around the corner and the pool opens May 19th. In case you overlooked the USPS notification regarding the revised Facility Rules Form, please be advised that signing this document is mandatory to activate your access card for the upcoming pool season. For your convenience, an online submission option is available via the link provided below. Prompt action is recommended.

Reserve Study
The recently completed Reserve Study provides a comprehensive analysis of the HOA’s financial health, focusing on the sustainability of its assets and projections for future expenditures to ensure reserve funds are adequately funded. The Reserve Study can be viewed on the community website.
Events
We need your help to organize a community events! Volunteering is a great way to get involved and meet your neighbors. Volunteers will plan fun activities for all residents. If you are interested or want more information, contact Kristen Lyons via email or phone.
Parking & Garage Use
As outlined in the Community CC&Rs, your garage is for parking your automobiles. Not for storage, a home gym or other uses. When you have more cars than garage space, the extra automobiles should go in the driveway.
